Substance Abuse Program of HCRS

Health Care and Rehabilitation Services (HCRS ) is a major community mental health agency, providing comprehensive services for mental health and substance abuse issues to community members across Windsor and Windham counties.

The Substance Abuse Division is a comprehensive drug and alcohol treatment system for the clinical treatment of addictive disorders and offers education, assessment, outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment for adults, youth, and families.
